Following are the 30 books representing
a wide assortment of topics that I’ve either coauthored or
overseen.
Books
coauthored
The seven titles in this group were produced in a partnership with a
Philadelphia-area food professional. My role was to share in the development
of the ideas, sell the ideas to an agent and publisher, collaborate in
the preparation of the material, assist in recipe testing, edit the manuscripts
before their submission to the publishers, and work with the publishers
on production aspects of moving the books into print.

role was to sell the books to publishers, usually with a formal, written
proposal; to work with the authors in planning the books and editing the
material; and to work with the publishers on production aspects of moving
the books into print.
